1. Who we are

SUNA is operated by Soluna Visuals, Grafično oblikovanje in vizualno komuniciranje, Alicia Simonič s.p. (registration no. 9922229000), a sole proprietor registered in Slovenia ("we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, contact us at soluna.artworks@gmail.com. We are the "data controller" for the personal data described below.

2. What we collect, and why

We deliberately keep this minimal. When you sign in with Patreon, we process:

• Your Patreon account identifier and membership tier — so we can confirm you're an active member and show you the content your tier unlocks. Stored in a short-lived session (see retention below).
• A login cookie — a single strictly-necessary cookie that keeps you signed in. Without it the vault can't tell it's still you between pages.
• Technical connection data — like your IP address and basic request information, processed by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) to deliver the site securely and prevent abuse.
• Your watch progress — a minimal list of which titles you've finished (your member ID and the video's ID, nothing more — no timestamps, no watch duration, no device details). We use it only to show your watch history, your progress, and your badges. You can delete it yourself at any time with the "Reset my progress" button on your profile — it takes effect immediately.
• Your display name and membership start date — shown to you on your own profile. These come from your Patreon login and live in your session; we don't keep a separate copy.

What we do not collect: we don't receive or store your payment card or billing details (Patreon handles all payments). We don't track how long or when you watch, and your personal "My list" is stored only in your own browser, on your device.

3. Anonymous statistics

We keep aggregate, anonymous counts — for example, how many times a title has been played in total, and a count of plays grouped by country. These figures are not linked to you or any individual and are not personal data. We use them only to understand what content is popular and where our audience is.

4. Our legal bases (GDPR)

• Performance of a contract — processing your Patreon ID and tier is necessary to provide the members service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interests — keeping the service secure, preventing abuse, and understanding aggregate usage, balanced against your rights.

5. Who we share data with

We use a small number of trusted processors to run SUNA. We don't sell your data to anyone.

• Patreon — handles your membership, login and payments. See Patreon's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — hosts the site, database and video delivery. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

6. International transfers

Patreon and Cloudflare are based in the United States, so some data is processed outside the EEA. These providers rely on recognised safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) to protect it.

7. How long we keep it

• Login sessions — automatically expire after about 30 days, then delete themselves.
• Watch progress — kept while you're a member so your badges work; deleted immediately when you use "Reset my progress", or on request by email.
• Anonymous statistics — kept indefinitely, because they contain no personal data.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email soluna.artworks@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Slovenia, the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec).

9. Adults only

SUNA is intended for adults aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version.
